Tara joined First Franklin in 2021 as an Administrative Assistance and quickly became a paperwork machine while processing service-related items as an Operations Associate. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida State University and over 15 years of prior experience in the service industry, Tara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Originally from Ohio and having completed high school in the Florida Panhandle, she has a diverse background that enriches her professional and personal perspectives. Tara met her better half, Michael, while working in the service industry, and together they share their home with two quirky cats, Charlie and Maple, as well as any other feline friends who wander in. Outside of work, she enjoys cross-stitching and has a passion for thrifting, always on the lookout for unique finds and hidden treasures. Her commitment to both her professional role and personal interests highlights a well-rounded and dedicated individual.
