Will Saunders was raised in Marianna, FL. He attended Florida State University and graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. He began as an intern at First Franklin while in college in May 2021. He took on a full-time role as a service assistant immediately after he graduated and completed his internship with the company in May 2023. Outside of the office, Will spends most of his time golfing, hunting, fishing, or watching football.
